Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and pincode, along with the items you order. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

We also keep basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To send your order confirmation and invoice by email and on WhatsApp.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (for example, keeping invoices).

WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to send transactional messages about your order, such as your invoice. We message the phone number you provide at checkout, and only about your order. WhatsApp and Meta process messages under their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store: Razorpay (payments), Meta / WhatsApp (order messages), Resend (email), our hosting and storage providers, and delivery partners who need your address to ship your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you WhatsApp or email messages, by writing to keerthinath.ganjam@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Data deletion requests

To have your data deleted, email keerthinath.ganjam@gmail.com from the address used on your order, or tell us the phone number used, and we will confirm once the deletion is complete.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
